Our company was founded in 2010 by Amy Comly as a rebellion, an adventure and out of love. After 7 years of high volume executive search work Amy was married with a one year old daughter. The experience of becoming a mother made her reconsider and reprioritize things in her life. One of those things, was work. Executive search is a tough industry that does not always carry the best reputation. The long hours no longer fit with her new family and the transactional, impersonal, nature of the business was becoming a drain. So, she rebelled. She set out to change the reputation of executive recruiters (She’s an idealist). With the support of her family, she set out on the adventure of a lifetime and started Weller & Company, Inc.
Since 2010, the decision to go out on her own has changed her life for the best. Candidates and clients have responded well to her approach and as a result the Company has grown into a fantastic team of consultants and researchers. The ability to make business decisions that consider honesty and respect as much as dollars and cents inspires them to find great people. Amy hopes that her vision will continue to inspire her team, the life sciences industry and her family.

Amy Comly
Amy Comly is the President and founder of Weller & Company. In her 13+ years at the helm, Amy has established a reputation for not only finding great people but for developing a process where the people matter. Valuing relationships and building trust is what sets Amy’s business apart from the rest.
Amy graduated from Costal Carolina University where she played right field for the Chants D1 softball program. She is married with 2 daughters and 2 doodles. When she’s not working you’ll find her in the gym, taking care of her garden or cheering on her daughters.

Christy Pomager
Christy grew up in Bucks County, PA and didn’t venture too far from home. She graduated as an English major and Psychology minor from Muhlenberg College. However, upon graduating she was disappointed to discover that unless you became a professor, no one wanted to pay you to read books. A fortuitous twist of fate sent her to a staffing firm where her career in recruiting began.
Christy is passionate about recruiting. There is nothing better than connecting a person exploring a new chapter in their career with the company where they will be valued and succeed. She has recruited for over 14 years in many industries including healthcare market research, information technology, human resources, administrative staff, and more.
She resides in Chester County, PA with her husband, 2 human kids, and 1 canine kid, named Jumba.

Anna Marie Napolitano
A New Jersey native, Anna Marie started her professional career in market insights in the consumer, health care and financial services industries. After transitioning to Pharma insights consulting, she found it to be the right place for her and enjoyed a successful career for many years. Then, with good fortune and gratitude, she made the natural transition from research and insights to executive search.
When not working, you'll find her at the gym, training, stretching, or even just decompressing in the sauna. In warm weather, you’ll find her puttering in her yard; and when it turns cold she enjoys creative interests such as painting, stitchery or crocheting.
From consumer and Pharma research, and then to searching for talent, Anna Marie has found that each step on her career journey has led her to the right place and she looks forward to helping you find your next "right place.”

Amanda Woodgate
Amanda grew up in Portsmouth, England where she developed her strong work ethic and passion for people. She worked her way through school as a recruiter, graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Human Resource Management.
13 years ago Amanda and her family moved “across the pond” to the US where her skills as a recruiter were quickly put to use. She enjoys creating a personal connection with candidates and understands the difference it makes in a normally automated and transactional process. Amanda is excited to be part of a company that shares her passion to deliver a recruitment experience with a human touch.
Amanda is married with 3 children and loves spending time outdoors; taking in the beauty of each season in Chester County. She also volunteers for a local rescue, fostering dogs until they have found their forever home.

Jodie Ladd
Jodie grew up in the small town of Lititz, Pennsylvania, where there is notably both a chocolate and pretzel factory. She completed her Master’s of Education in College Counseling at the University of Delaware and then worked at the university level as a career counselor. Jodie values active listening, compassion, and open-mindedness when working with people. Jodie is excited to utilize her career counseling skills to help bridge the gap between the recruiting world and job seekers. She appreciates that Weller and Company take such a humanistic approach to the job search process.
In her spare time, Jodie enjoys reading, needle felting, taking walks and spending time with her husband, kids, and cats.
